Moisturizing and rejuvenating cream for younger skin. Aging is a slow, but never the less, guaranteed process. The essential oils may provide a way for cellular regeneration. As the skin is an elimination organ, it is important to avoid junk and impure foods laced with refined ingredients, sugar and chemicals such as colorants, flavorings, additives and preservatives. Avoid excessive alcohol, smoking, tea, coffee, sweets, chocolates and refined carbohydrates as these lower the vitality of the skin and increase the tendency to wrinkle. Implement a 'whole food' diet ensuring that the majority of your daily intake consists of salads, fruit and vegetables.

Instructions: Apply, after cleansing and toning, to face and neck. Apply evening as a night cream and morning as a moisturizer.
