Stretch marks are wavy stripes that occur on the abdomen, buttocks, breasts and thighs and are the result of rapid and excessive weight gain and occur most often in pregnancy. They appear when the skin becomes over-stretched and the fibers in the deep layers break. This results in reddish marks that gradually fade to white. Unfortunately, they are permanent.

Aromatherapy oils may be used in the prevention of the development of excessive stretch marks and in the treatment of those already formed. Only aromatherapy essential and cold pressed vegetable oils that are safe to use during pregnancy are used.

Although stretch marks are permanent scars, the healing and cell regenerating properties of the oils may promote the fading of existing scars to a certain degree. Application twice daily for a prolonged period will be necessary.

Instructions: Apply to affected area (e.g. abdomen, breasts, thighs etc) morning and evening. Most effective if applied after a bath or shower.

Ingredients: Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil; Essential Oils: Citrus Deliciosa (Mandarin Orange) Oil; Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Oil; Cymbopogon Citratus (Lemongrass) Oil; Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Oil.
